Please read all these terms and conditions:

1. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings. If you would like to book a service with less than 24 hours notice, please call us on +306945810820.

2. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, debit or credit card or paypal. We are also able to accept cash payments. Our payment terms are strictly 7 days prior to service date, unless arrangements are agreed otherwise. The charge on your credit/debit card statement will be shown as "ZEFYROS KOROP GR".

3. All Account work and credit card payments are provided with free extra charge.

4. Any extra requests or alterations to the original booking (i.e. additional pick up points, change of venue, causing extra time and mileage) cannot necessarily be entertained, although every effort will be made to meet the requirements of the client. Any such alterations would in most cases involve extra charges being levied on the original quotation. Any extra charges incurred should be paid in cash to the chauffeur during the course of the hire.

5. Deposits are non refundable. Hires cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged in full. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick up point, all the monies paid will be non-refundable and the customer will become liable for the remaining balance of the confirmed booking.

6. All routes taken are at the discretion of the chauffeur dependant on road conditions and traffic at any particular time.

7. The company accepts no responsibility for delays howsoever caused. In the unlikely event that there is a mechanical, electrical or material breakdown, the company will make every effort to carry out immediate repairs to the vehicle so that the journey can continue or the client will be transferred to another vehicle and any reasonable extra costs incurred will be borne by the company.

8. In the event of breakdown or extreme traffic or weather conditions, the company shall not be held responsible for missing flights, connections or functions howsoever caused.

9. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

​

10. A reasonable amount of passenger luggage may be carried, however, if the driver considers there to be more than permissible for the vehicle supplied excess cannot be carried.

11. The vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims.

​

12. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried by the company howsoever caused.

​

13. The company accepts no responsibility for any articles left in the hired vehicle.

​

14. When a car is hired for a period of time longer than a day, whilst every effort will be made for the hirer to retain the same vehicle and chauffeur during such period, the company reserves the right to substitute any other car or chauffeur.

15. Clients assume full financial liability for any loss or damage caused by them or any member of their party to any vehicle supplied by the company (there is a sanitation fee of 80€).

16. The chauffeur will drive at a safe and sensible speed in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

​

17. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.

​

18. Drug use is prohibited by law.

​

19. By supplying your email address you permit our company to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email address to any third party.

20. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect the client's statutory rights.
